Lillee's Life Flight & Hospital Bill

Donation protected
We are not the type of family that asks for handouts but in this situation, I've had lots of people from all over asking how they can help us, and this is it. The hospital asked yesterday if we can make a $500 payment and the deductible is above $3000 but helicopter ride might not be covered, so it got me freaking out a bit about money. We will have to make payment arrangements for who knows how long but I was hoping that all of my friends and family could pull together and raise a few bucks. We are willing to work for it if anyone has fund raiser ideas, please share! Thank you to everyone who has reached out and given Lillee lots of love and prayers. We understand if you cannot donate but you can help by hitting the share button!

OUR STORRY: Where to begin?!... As most of you know Lillee has had issues with asthma and every time she gets sick, it turns into a worse episode of that sickness. We heard 'bronchialitis' the first two times at instacare and her doctor and the test results came back positive for 'rhino virus' this time. This week she had been stuffy and had a runny nose. I didn't think it was anything to worry about until Wednesday night, she wouldn't sleep for Eli. So I came home from work with a refill of her albuterol inhaler but it was no longer helping her after a couple hours and she was not happy and just screaming in and out of sleep. eli and I decided it was time for an ER visit at 2am, as she could barely breathe due to the wheeze and her tummy compressing and holding her breath, only breathing thru her mouth. By the time we got to IHC in Murray, from taylorsville, she was turning blue and purple and was barely responsive. The team immediately went into emergency mode and there were doctors and nurses of all kinds rushing to help. She had 10-15 people working on her at all times (which she hated) until they decided it was appropriate to get her to Primary Children's for proper treatment. Originally, life flight was busy so we planned an ambulance ride, until life flight brought their patient to IHC, where we already were. But the catch was that they needed to tranquilize her for the transport, which would possibly stop her heart ("worst case scenario") and they would need to revive her. Well that's exactly what happened. Next thing you know, Eli and I are wondering if we would be losing our baby in that moment. After a several moments passed, that felt like a lifetime, she was revived and stable enough to transport. Eli went with her in the chopper and I followed shortly behind in my car. We got to Primary children's around 5am where they have been running labs, tests, and closely monitoring her. They have her sedated so she won't rip out her tubes but She is breathing on her own so they will eventually be pulling her tubes out to see how she does. We are now just living out our stay until our lil gets well enough to come home. We appreciate all of the love and support we have received so thanks y'all! Much love from the Eastman's <3
