Lilith's xrays and vet bills
Donation protected
This is Lilith, she's 6 years old and turns 7 on Christmas day. Sadly 3 weeks ago she started limping and was taken to the vets for what was assumed a paw injury. It's come to light that she has presumed osteoarthritis in her knee which is causing her quite a bit of pain and has started to fuse her joint.
The vets have advised we xray to confirm and to rule out any other growths that may be causing the issue.
Sadly though liliths senior rescue cat sister jasmine was poorly just 6 weeks ago and this along with the cremation fees following her passing has dried up all our emergency funds.
Lilith will now most likely be on pain medication for the rest of her life and this has been a an expense weve had almost every 7 days since her furat vet visit luckily we've had some wonderful friends that have helped towards this while we've been finding the funds for her xrays.
Asking for help has not been taken lightly, conner has had to find another job while still caring for me but enough money won't be coming in yet and Lilith needs the xrays as soon as possible so we can rule out anything else and make sure she is on the right medication to prevent further damage and keep her out of pain as much as possible.
Anyone that knows Lilith knows that she is the most energetic lively German shepherd with a heart of gold. Her favourite things are traveling to new places on the train, swimming in lakes and chilling with her favourite metal heads at her favourite festival.
We will be doing everything within our power to save and make the money for this and any further treatment as quick as possible but if anyone that knows Lilith is able to spare a couple pounds it would be more that greatly appreciated by all 3 of us! Thank you in advance!
