It’s Dr. Rebecca Coil again. We have another Animal Control patient who needs your help urgently. Lil’ Joe is a 10-month-old petite, sweet, gentle bully previously owned by a houseless individual. He was very thin and limping severely. On X-rays, we discovered he was suffering from fractures of both of his hips, most likely due to severe trauma, like being hit by a car. It took time for Animal Control to gain custody of Lil’ Joe to have the authority to give him the treatment that he desperately needs. Unfortunately, the animal control budget is limited, so the only option given by Animal Control was euthanasia.

As his doctor and advocate, I refuse to euthanize this sweet pup with a treatable condition. He needs your financial help IMMEDIATELY for funding a significant hip surgery that will eliminate his chronic severe pain and give him the comfort he deserves.
