Chase is the neighbor we all want to have on our block.  If you need anything, you can always ask Chase. He can either help you do it or he knows someone who can. 

Chase has a long recovery ahead.  He is the breadwinner for his family.  His wife and children depend on his income, for day to day living.

He has always been there for us.  Now lets be there for him.
