Hi, my name is BOBO (Bok Heng Tan), and I’m from Malaysia.

I am the creator of Lightseeker — a long-term journey across continents, mostly on foot, exploring resilience, growth, and the strength within us.

Over the coming years, I will travel across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe without flying, relying mainly on walking and overland routes. But Lightseeker is not just about distance. It is about discovering that even in uncertainty and hardship, we can choose to move forward — and become stronger through the process.

Through honest storytelling and social media, I document both the physical and internal journey: the challenges, the doubts, the lessons, and the growth. Lightseeker is built on a simple belief — we are not searching for light; we are learning to become it.

This fundraising campaign supports the practical needs of the journey, including:
• Food and daily living expenses
• Basic accommodation when necessary
• Transportation across borders
• Essential gear maintenance
• Communication and documentation costs

I am committed to transparency and will share updates on how the funds are used throughout the journey.
