Help the Valdes Family Rebuild our Family Homestead After a Devastating House Fire

On June 1st, our Dad’s 69th birthday, our family experienced a life-changing tragedy — a fire, started by lightning, completely destroyed his home. Established in the early 1900s, this was his childhood home, this was our childhood home.

In a matter of minutes, everything we owned was lost: clothes, furniture, keepsakes, and all the essentials that make a house a home.

Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but we are now facing the overwhelming challenge of starting over from nothing. The fire took everything — but not our hope. We are doing our best to stay strong and take things one day at a time, but we need your help to rebuild.

This fundraiser will go toward:

• Temporary housing and basic living expenses

• Replacing clothes, furniture, and personal items

• Rebuilding and recovery costs
