I'm Meeka a Cincinnati native and single mother.  I am battling another round of cancer after remission. I have started this Go fund me to assist me with additional living expenses as I am unable to work a regular job, due to the countless appointments and chemo therapy treatments I have daily. A portion of this Go Fund me will be used to get me a consultation with YAKI AWAKENED. The consultation alone is 2000. Although I am fighting this battle with all that I have within me, I truly do not want to keep putting my body through chemo. Although I very well understand the necessity of chemo, I AM TIRED. So if there is anything that I can do to help myself be healed I'd like the opportunity. As a mom still with two very vibrant teenagers at home, I feel I have made this journey look easy. I have only been able to do so with God and my amazing support system. I have journeyed for years through this without publicly asking for support, but now is the time for me to do so. I have faith that there are others in this world that I need to help by simply putting it out there and showing you are not alone, humanity still remains. Most importantly my drive to still be here and be there for my children and grandchildren. I didn't beat this before to just give up without a fight. So my gloves are on and here I am. I'd also love to continue on to grow my passion and skill. That has truly helped be my calm in this storm. One of my passions in life has been baking. I recently have found a place of hope, sisterhood and healing through a local bakery called Bonded By Batter Cakery. Together we have been healing our way through sweetly with every order. Sometimes just being in the building, smelling the cakes, interacting with customers gives me just enough fight that I need for the day. I am so grateful and blessed not to be pitted and have Lovely see my strength and devotion to assist her. So here I am saying that although I am battling metastatic breast cancer. I am here to fight.
