please help while Lauren recovers from surgery

Lauren works in healthcare but is out due to surgery, her residents at work miss her like crazy! We are trying to figure out how to survive on one part time job while my girlfriend is out of work for possibly over a month, this is my first time ever making one of these and I of course appreciate ANY help. thank you so much.
