Light Up For The Orphans Foundation

Hello, my name is Naminya, and I am the founder of Light Up for the Orphans Foundation, based in Jinja, Uganda.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to bring light, hope, and opportunity to vulnerable children who have lost their parents or are in desperate need of support. Every day, we care for over 120 orphaned and disadvantaged children, providing them with food, shelter, education, clothing, and emotional support.

But we can’t do this alone.

These children face unimaginable challenges, and we are committed to giving them the love and stability they deserve. However, our resources are limited, and the needs are growing every day. That’s why we are reaching out to you our global family for help.

• Provide daily meals and clean drinking water

• Supply school fees, books, and uniforms

• Offer proper bedding and clothing

• Improve our shelter facilities

• Cover medical care and hygiene needs
