Just weeks ago, she was enjoying life as a typical teen — going to school, laughing with friends. Now, she’s bravely fighting a battle no child should ever have to face.

The cancer has spread to her bones, requiring a long and intensive treatment plan. Through it all, Gianna continues to show incredible strength, grace, and resilience. Her spirit inspires everyone around her.
