On Monday during the early morning hours, under the cover of darkness, my dear daughter-in-law Sabrina’s car was stolen from her driveway while she slept. Along with the car, she lost many personal items—most replaceable, but together they represent a significant financial burden. To make matters worse, insurance will not cover any of the loss.

This couldn’t have come at a more difficult time. Sabrina and Macade are just about to close on their very first home—a milestone that should be filled with joy and celebration. Instead, they now face the possibility of taking on a loan for a replacement car, which could jeopardize their ability to secure the house.

If you know Sabrina, you already know her generosity, loyalty, and authentic love for others. She has blessed thousands through her photography, touched countless lives through her family and friendships, and poured into the students she leads at church. Her warmth, kindness, and heart for Jesus shine brightly in everything she does.

This fundraiser is an opportunity for family, friends, and the body of Christ to surround Sabrina and Macade with love and meet a very practical need. Our desire is to bless them abundantly—to remind them that the goodness of God and the love of a caring community far outweigh the harm caused by others.

When you think about it, Sabrina has touched the lives of thousands—family, friends, clients, students, and more. She has over 3,000 people connected to her Instagram alone. If each person gave just $3, the need would be completely met! It’s a beautiful reminder that together, even the smallest gifts can add up to something life-changing.

Although Sabrina’s car was taken under the cover of darkness, let's show together--in a tangible way--the light of Jesus that shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).
