Lift Up the Sparkle: Support Jensen’s Recovery

Donation protected
If you’ve ever met Jensen, you’ve felt it – his unmistakable energy, quick wit, infectious laugh, and yes, the sparkle.

Whether he’s on a call or showing up to the office with a tray of baked goods, Jensen brings heart and humor to everything he does.

On June 15, Jensen fainted unexpectedly and suffered a serious fall, fracturing his C6 and C7 vertebrae. Thanks to the quick action of a close friend, he wasn’t moved until paramedics arrived, received immediate help, and was rushed to the hospital. After multiple scans and a transfer to a second hospital, Jensen underwent major neck surgery to stabilize the injury with a titanium rod, cage, and screws.

The good news: there was no spinal cord or neurological damage, and he’s on the road to recovery.

The challenge: it’s going to take time, rest, and a lot of support to get him back to everything he loves.

Following a tough week in the hospital, Jensen is now home – resting (or trying to), healing, and wearing a large brace to keep his neck and spinal cord protected. He’ll be in the brace full-time for the next three months, with regular doctors visits and a lot of physical therapy. Doctors estimate it will be about six months before he’s back to his usual pace.

For now, life in the city he loves is slowing down – cooking, meeting up with friends, commuting to the office, and hitting the gym (his happy place) are all on pause while he focuses on getting better.

Jensen has already felt so much love – from the friend who was with him that night, to his incredible parents, and everyone who has sent messages, checked in, or simply made him smile (especially from a certain Cameo).

Now we’re reaching out to his wider community – everyone lucky enough to know him—for some extra support as he navigates this next chapter in recovery.

Funds raised will go toward:
  • Meal delivery and groceries
  • Housekeeping and home support
  • Transportation to medical appointments
  • Comfort items and recovery essentials to make day-to-day life a little easier

Whatever you may be able to give – a donation, a message of support, or passing this along to others really means a lot.

We can’t wait to see Jensen back in action, but, until then, let’s help make recovery a little easier.
