I’m raising funds for my dear friend Lindsey Kelly, who has been battling chronic illness for over three years. Despite countless medical treatments, multiple misdiagnoses, surgeries—including gallbladder removal—and ongoing hospital visits, she continues to suffer from severe bowel obstructions, persistent nausea and vomiting and other debilitating symptoms that have dramatically impacted her life.

Her husband, Dana, works tirelessly as a firefighter, and after long shifts, he comes home to take on the roles of both mom and dad whenever Lindsey is having a tough medical day. I know she deeply misses the simple joys of spending time with her family, especially as her daughter, Reese, grows up.

The financial burden has been overwhelming. Lindsey and her family have had to sell their home and are still facing thousands of dollars in medical debt. Through it all, she remains the strong, hardworking, and hilarious person I was lucky enough to meet five years ago when she took our family photos. From the moment we met, I felt an instant connection—her kindness and humor are truly one of a kind.

Lindsey has spent her time as a wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter and photographer caring for and bringing joy to others, and now it’s time to rally around her. Any contribution, big or small, will help ease the financial strain and allow her to focus on healing, as well as the numerous upcoming appointments she will have. Thank you for your support!
