Yesterday, my best friend Amanda and her family suffered an unimaginable loss — the passing of her mom, who was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to so many.

She was the heart of her family — gentle yet strong, full of grace, and always ready to lend a hand or share a kind word. Her love was steady and unconditional, and her presence brought warmth to everyone around her.
