Lift Up Emily's Family During This Tragic Time

December 23rd tragedy struck the Smith-Metejovitz family. 16 year old Emily was found unresponsive and transported to the local hospital where she was given lifesaving measures and then transported to Devos Children's Hospital for further lifesaving measures. After 4 days of extensive testing Emily has passed away and through her passing she will be giving the gift of organ donation saving lives and improving the quality of life of all the recipients of her gifts. Emily's parents, sister, and brother have been at her bedside throughout this ordeal unable to work or handle their day to day duties. While many were celebrating the holidays with family they were preparing to say goodbye to their beautiful angel. Please help us lift up Emily's family with a donation that can help them with funeral expenses, bills, and anything else they need to help them as they mourn the loss of sweet Emily. Emily was a beautiful young lady who was a blessing to all who's lives she touched. For Emily Matejovitz her funeral will be January 11th 2025 at 11am. At Sytsema funeral home The Lee chapel at 6291 Harvey st. Norton Shores, MI 49444. Visitation will be January 10th 2025 at 4pm-7pm and again at January 11th 2025 at 10am-11am before the funeral. There will be a luncheon after the funeral but details on that will be posted later as that is still in the works. If you have any questions please ask.
