Cliff was a Shining Star in life and it all was taken away in an instant during a tragic car accident. Leaving those left behind to wonder what's next besides the expenses to lay him to rest '-- there funeral services being held in his home of El Paso, Texas to First love at College Park, University of Maryland...and then final burial in Suitland Maryland.
