Help Us Fight JJ’s Battle with LCH

Hi, my name is Krystal, and I’m reaching out for help during what has been the most challenging time of our lives. My sweet boy, JJ, has recently been diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), a rare cancer-like disorder that requires weekly infusion treatments at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland.

As a mother, my world has been turned upside down. Watching JJ go through this has been heartbreaking, but I’m staying strong for him and doing everything I can to support his health and well-being. Unfortunately, this diagnosis has also brought unexpected financial strain. We’ll need to travel to Portland every week for JJ’s treatments, and I will be unable to work much during this time so I can care for him.

What We’re Asking For

I’m humbly asking for support from our friends, family, and community to help cover the costs of:

• Travel expenses for the frequent trips to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.

• Living expenses as I take time off work to focus on JJ’s treatment.
