Lift the Burden from Judy's Friend's Family

My name is Judy Simons. I am reaching out on behalf of my friend, Nicole Gallup. Her father had a severe stroke and will need palliative care until end of his life. For her father to qualify for medicaid he can't own anything or have anything in his name. The Gallup family have many hurdles for the future. The most pressing is paying off a loan on his truck. Issue is he owes more than the truck is valued at. Not paying the loan in full, his family will have 8,000 payment to nursing home for his care.
