Lift Brandon Out of Hardship

Be careful what you pray for…

On a Monday morning during my prayer time, I asked God if there was someone out there that needed help, to please bring them my way so I could help them. Little did I know, within three days, I would have that prayer answered.

A young man named Brandon Zelenski put up a Facebook post saying he needed help. Several other people and I reached out to him, but he picked up the phone and told me his situation. I won’t get into all the details; however, he had no place to live as he was thrown out of his apartment. He was dumped by his fiancée and was living out of his car for three weeks. He was on his last quarter of a tank. He was severely sick and ended up having to go to the hospital three days later. I put him up in a hotel for three days and got him help at the Alpha House. He is currently there trying to seek help in his struggles and addictions.

He owes money to people, and I’m trying to help his debt be removed. I’ve never done this before, but I’m asking anyone that can help get this young man back on his feet by donating what you can. I would appreciate you helping someone you may never meet or know.

I’ve heard his story, and it is a rough one.

He’s made some bad decisions that he regrets, and if we can help him rectify it, I would be eternally grateful on behalf of Brandon.

He’s got challenges to overcome, but with your help and prayer, I believe he will be a great member of our society. It’s never too late to give up on anyone. All it needs is people to do what they can as a group to save one from the fire.
