23 year old Jake Jacobi is battling acute lymphoblastic leukemia. This type of cancer prevents the bone marrow from making blood cells and destroys the immune system  He currently undergoing chemotherapy and is looking for a bone marrow donor.  His treatment will require him to be in the hospital for a month or more. 

Jake’s friends describe him as kind, athletic, hardworking, dependable and laid back. Before he became sick he was working full time and would work out in his spare time.
