Hi, my name is Nathalia Silva, a 23-year-old woman, & I have the best cat in the world named Petey, also known as Sweetey Petey. Unfortunately, today I found out that he has Feline Urethral Obstruction (UO), a complex lifelong disorder that requires surgery to keep him alive.

Petey is so sweet and loveable that he'll turn a cat hater into a cat lover. He is the chattiest cat you will ever meet and never turn down a good cuddle. I would never go out of my way to make a GoFundMe, but I do not have the money to pay for this surgery as I already work two jobs to maintain both of us. So I am pleading for any donation to bring my sweet baby home. I appreciate you for taking the time to read this, and am grateful for any donation.

I first want to begin with a huge thank you to everyone. I cannot express enough of my gratitude for those who have donated & wish i could hug you all individually. After another vet visit, it seems as though his inability to pee has effected his kidneys. He will need to undergo a different surgery than the one that was originally called for. Petey will need to be taken into a 24/7 Urgent Care to be hooked up to fluids & be better monitored for the next couple of days prior to the anticipated surgery. The new goal amount will cover costs for said hospitalization. I wish I could be updating with better news, but thank you for following us on our journey.
