Life-saving heart bypass surgery for Boy Gede-y.

My name is Lyka Gede-y Cosuanco and I am raising funds for my Dad's heart bypass surgery.

Last week, my Dad was rushed to the hospital for an extremely high blood pressure. Fast forward and he was diagnosed with a heart attack and congestive heart failure. My Dad also has uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes, chronic kidney disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia and problems with his liver, gallbladder and pancreas. For now the main problem is the several blockages in his heart. The right side of his heart is completely blocked and the left side has several partial blockages as well so he needs a Coronary Artery Bypass Graft. The cost of his bypass is $18,000 which can only be done in Manila. The Philippines does not have free healthcare unlike Australia and other first world countries so the burden of all medical expenses is on my family. That is why my family has to raise the funds necessary to help with my Dad’s hospital expenses. I have set up this GoFundMe page in the hopes of helping my Dad in this very trying time of his life. All funds will go to paying for his surgery. My Dad has sacrificed so much for us and now it is time for us to do the same for him. Please help us help our Dad.
