Many people know Clinton resident Joseph Notaro as a kind man who is always there for anyone in need. Today he lost his home of almost 40 years and all of his belongings while he was at work. Joe is one of the kindest people I have ever known and has been through to much in his life. I do not know what he will need but anything will help. Please help him out. Thank you.
