Lifeline of Liberty is a movement to help relocate willing transgender people out of red states and into blue states for their safety. This is for individuals without the means or finances to do this on their own. Due to recent laws, introduced bills, and rhetoric many transfolk no longer feel safe in red states. We are primarily focusing on moving people from Texas at the moment, however, this likely will increase to other red states as funding/the movement increases. We believe that this is necessary for trans folk life, liberity, and pursuit of happiness. We also have concerns for new bills that will threaten their freedom for simply being who they are. The rhetoric as well spoken by our elected officials is also making life more dangerous for trans folk and has already resulted in multiple deaths.

Trump has since Janary 20th
-redefined 'sex' under Title IX 'to mean only biological sex recognized at birth'
-legally defined there is only two genders; man and women
-removed discrimination protections on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characterists
-reversed Biden-era work on LGBTQ+ equity
-Required all documents be assigned at birth sex
-banned transgender people from serving in the military
-banned federal funding or support for gender-affirming care for those under 19
-Established a task force to 'eradicate anti-christian bias" (this could affect trans/lgbtq+)
-banned transgender atheletes from womens sports
-With drew from human rights council (could lead to more abuses on trans)
TEXAS
House Bill 3817: would make it a state jail felony if a person “knowingly makes a false or misleading verbal or written statement” by identifying their sex assigned at birth incorrectly to a governmental entity or to their employer. I.e. make it illegal to be trans.

RECENT Musk rhetoric that we believe is laying out the domestic terrorism-based pretext of "trans violence" against Tesla properties that an justify acting on a targeting approach. No evidence to these claims and no real clarity or context to where this chart came in our knowledge. When you couple this with TRUMP stating that Tesla attacks would be considered domestic terroism that this is very dangerous that could lead to the mass disapearing of trans people, like periously done with the Japanese and currently being done to Immigrants because of assumed gang affiliation:
