Life-Changing 25th bday retreat

As many of you know, my path to healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—has shaped who I am today. Health and wellness aren’t just passions for me; they’re a huge part of my story, and the reason I’m so dedicated to helping others find peace and balance too.

This year for my birthday, instead of gifts or parties, I’m working towards something a little different.

Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work has been life-changing for me. His teachings have helped me deepen my connection to myself and truly begin to heal from the inside out. Attending one of his weeklong advanced retreats is a dream of mine—and I can't think of a better way to kick off being 25 than to attend one :)

I’m hoping to attend the Marco Island Florida retreat in August 2025. The retreat fee alone is $3,000 USD—not including flights, accommodation, or other expenses—so any support truly makes a meaningful difference.
