My name is Mike and I am trying to help Joseph Petrunti get a life vest!!!! He had a heart attack about 6 weeks ago, was on life support for 4 days, and miraculously, he came out of his coma. Needless to say, his life depends on this vest. . Please help Joe get this life vest. He's such a great guy, and he's trying to get healthy and change his diet, but this vest allows the doctor to monitor Joe's heart, and he just can't afford this item.
