Life saving treatment for Era

I’m raising founds to financially support my little niece “Era “ .My brother and his wife live in Albania. Era is my brother’s first child. She was conceived with much love by her parents. When Era’s parents announced the pregnancy ,the good news brought an inexplicable happiness to our family, the months seemed like years to us . We loved Era from the first time we learned of her existence. For nine months during all the medical consultation it was never suspected of something abnormal in the baby’s development until the day of Era’s birth .At first the doctors decided for a natural birth, but during the labor there where complications because the positioning of the baby was not suitale for a natural birth. The doctor’s performed a C- section at the last minute. When Era came to life she had no reaction, she didn’t cry, she didn’t move, she couldn’t breathe. Right away they give the first aid by intubating her. At first the doctor said that she’s tired because of the whole process that she went through and it will take a few hours to recover. But our little Era since that day is in the same condition. She was diagnosed the next day with Hypotonia. At this moment Era’s parents need financial support. In Albania unfortunately the public hospital is not able to provide the necessary equipment to keep our little baby alive. The private hospital where she’s hospitalized has very high fees. Another problem is that the hospital’s do not even have specialized staff for Era’s case. Is a need for immediate transportation to a specialized hospital in Itali. The transportation and the hospitalization to Italy is very expensive. Era’s parents are experiencing very difficult moments. They bought a beautiful white crib , a red stroller and so many beautiful baby girls clothes. Everything was ready for Era. I sincerly whish that together we will make possible that Era’s parents very sun are going to enjoy her beautiful scent and her sweet smile and a happy life.
