Life saving surgery for Sunny the Alpaca!

Hi my name is Tan and I am fundraising for a patient that we have had in our care for past few months who now needs an urgent surgery to save her life.

This sweet little Aplaca Sunny sustained a bad fracture of her hind leg a few

weeks ago. After the fracture site failed to heal appropriately and a nasty

infection took over her leg, her only chance to survive is a leg amputation!

Her owners have already paid a large amount of money toward her veterinary

treatment including radiographs, splinting, bandaging, regular checks, antibiotics, and anti-inflammatory treatments trying to save the leg. However, unfortunately, due to an underlying infection her injury became too sinister to treat conservatively and her only options left would be euthanasia or removing the broken leg entirely. Sunny’s owners have come so far and are very dedicated to her cause however have not prepared financially for further costs and any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Sunny’s amputation cost has been reduced by her veterinary team to approximately $1500-2000. These donations are tax deductable.
