Hello fellow pet lovers, friends and family. We've decided to run a gofundme for our sons beloved family member Thor.

Thor is a 3 year old st.bernard. Thor was brought into their family for a lifelong buddy for their two young children, (and now a third on the way).

He's been the love of these children (and parents), along with thors best friend Eevee.

Well last weekend Thor started getting sick, throwing up, not eating and just not well.

After taking Thor to the vet, xrays and testing show his kidneys were failing and his small intestine had a massive obstruction.

Medication was administered, but failed to fix the issue.

After three days at the hospital, steven and family had to make a major choice, put their beloved family member down at an early age, or go ahead with surgery.

A very hard choice, now many would say it's family, save the puppy, and we agree 100% that should be the choice, but looking at the big picture here, Steven has a family with two young children and a new one on the way in June. A mortgage and other bills.

Noone expects something this serious to happen to their pets, ever. But it has.

Now surgery is a total of $5475.

But that is totally cost, and the vet stated this surgery Will give Thor a full functioning happy life after this.

The decision was made early this morning to go ahead with the surgery, they just couldn't let anything happen to Thor, as he is a family member and has people needing him here still.

With this extra not expected cost, we're looking to give Steven Lee the kids and eevvee a small hand coping with the cost to ease their pain.

Absolutely any help is appreciated, let's help give Thor that loving feeling back with his family.
