Life saving surgery for Bill Thomas

My name is Dana and I am a friend of Bill Thomas. He has a 4.9 root aortic aneurysm in his heart. Once it reaches 5 cm, it can explode. He is needing surgery immediately but can't afford the $16,500 it will cost. It is an experimental surgery with no guarantee but is his only option he has left.
