Life Saving surgeries and care for Theo Herzog

Hi, my name is Madisyn Gadzia, newborn Theo (Teddy) Herzog’s Auntie. This fundraiser will support Theo Hudson Herzog’s lifesaving surgeries, multiple testings, and NICU care at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Two day old Theo was admitted to Seattle Children’s NICU because of neonatal bilious vomiting, dehydration, and poor feeding. Sweet Teddy had an abundance of tests performed and many doctors and surgeons reviewing his case and were left with no answers. At four days old his oxygen levels dropped and the surgeons performed emergency exploratory surgery. During the surgery they found a portion of his small intestines to be twisted, atrophied, and blocking his GI tract. Theo’s postoperative care is going well. He will need a couple additional surgeries and will be in the NICU for 3-4 months. Any help you can provide would be immensely appreciated by my family.
