Hi, my name is Sherri Yokley. I am campaigning for Noah McRitchie. Noah has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and lives in Michigan. To make a long story short regarding his sufferings. He was admitted to a Short Term Care facility and has since been released to go home. The hospital released him with Stage 4 Pressure sores on his lower extremeties. The family is requesting from Ethos an Air Fluidized Bed, which the Doctors are telling his Mom Laura Stahler and Grandmother Karen Chambers Stahler will heal his sores faster than normal. Noah will also need to utilize this as his regular bed. This is what we want because if they do not heal quickly he will suffer possible MRSA and Possible Sepsis. Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Michigan refuses to cover the cost of the Bed. Medicaid will also not cover the Bed . This is where we all come into play. Noah is in desperate need of this Bed to survive. Please give what you can and Share this post. Also share with Local News Agencies on how our Insurance Companies discriminate. The Cost of the Bed is Approximately $50,000 or Rent Option of $3,000 per week.
