Life never fails to present us with challenges
Donation protected
On November 16, while working at St Hugh School in Coconut Grove, child psychologist Joseph C. Mallet suffered a massive cardiac arrest and a possible stroke. He is currently hospitalized and will need long-term rehabilitative care.
Dr. Mallet is beloved by many in our community as a caring and devoted pediatric, adolescent, and family psychologist. While it is uncertain how long his recovery will take, it is clear that he and his wife Susan, who is a paralegal, and their children Sasha and Zachary will be hard pressed to afford the critical long-term medical care that is needed and to cope with the absence of his contribution to their livelihood.
Any donated amount would help Joseph, Susan and the family focus on getting the medical treatment necessary for his recovery as well as allow them to remain in their home while he is unable to work. If you are unable to donate, we would appreciate any prayers or warm thoughts for Joseph and you sharing this link with family and friends.
