Life destroyed from Divorce... Please help

After 15 years together, my wife has suddenly decided to divorce me. I'm losing my house, my pets, and probably my business that I have poured my heart and soul into.

I have no money to my name and don't really have anywhere to stay. I have a debilitating spinal issue that keeps me from working most jobs and I'm not sure how I'm gunna recover from this without help. Anything will be appreciated to help me (hopefully) recover from the utter destruction of my life.
