LIFE CHANGING SURGERY for our NIECE, PALOMA SILVA

Our beautiful niece, Palomo Silva is 24 years old. She lives in São Paulo, Brazil with her hard-working husband, Ian. The two were married in October of 2015 and since then they have been blessed with two awesome children. Their daughter, Ana Luisa, is 2 years old and their son, Arthur, is 10 months old.
Sadly, Paloma has suffered since a young age from an EXTREMELY RARE illness called KERATOCONUS.
In short... it has destroyed her eyesight and she is now 80% blind!!
Her glasses no longer help, as they once did. Her corneas are quickly being destroyed and she is approaching a critical level.
Without surgery ASAP... she will be 100% blind very soon!! A fate that will rob her of her of not only her ability to see... but more importantly... her ability to work and fully care for her small children as they grow older.
The only hope she has to battle this rare disease is TIME SENSITIVE SURGERY. Two of them, actually. The short 7 minute video that we have uploaded explains the surgeries and how they can SAVE PALOMA from this awful disease... and from living a life without her precious eyesight.
We ask ANYONE and EVERYONE to please help, by donating anything you can, so that we can reach our goal.
There is no GoFundMe available in Brazil. So we - as her closest relatives in the United States - are hoping that the POWER of PRAYER along with the AMAZING GENEROSITY of AMERICA... will help this beautiful young wife and mother... live S better life... to SEE HER CHILDREN'S FACES and to watch over them for as long as God allows!!
