Life Changing Surgery for Jalon Davis

Hello friends and family!

As most of you know, in February of 2021, Jalon was diagnosed with a severe case of diverticulitis. This condition is an inflammation or infection in one or more small pouches in the digestive tract. He was hospitalized for about two months and underwent a major life-saving surgery called a colostomy, resulting in an ostomy bag attached to the outside of his body.

Many have to live with this bag for the rest of their lives but thank the LORD doctors said this was only temporary until Jalon was stable and cleared for a colostomy reversal surgery. This surgery would improve his quality of life tremendously! He could return to working full-time and performing normal daily activities again without the difficulties associated with having the ostomy bag attached. His line of work (HVAC) demands a lot out of him physically, and unfortunately, post-surgery, it has been a significant struggle for him. Jalon's work hours decreased drastically, and he is maintaining as best as possible for himself and his daughter, Honeygirl.

Although Jalon now has medical insurance (he didn't at the time of the hospitalization), he is still responsible for many deductibles. The Davis family is asking if you would like to assist with this financial burden for his surgery. All donations will go directly to his medical expenses.
