Life Changing Dance Intensive

Hii!! My name is Maddie and I am fundraising for a summer dance intensive at Hofstra Univerity. For everyone that knows me, they know I love to dance so much and dance feels like a second home to me. This dance program will train, develop and help me grow in my persuit of a professional dance career. I will be learning new styles & techniques along with building relationships with trainers, choreographers and other dancers. I have a supportive family and my mom is always in my corner when it comes to anything dance (literally). She tells me whenever she sees me on stage all she does is smile in awe because she sees how much I have grown as a dancer and she sees so much potential in me.

My parents pay so much for my dance activities and secretly, I here them complain about the costs and fees. My mom tells me I should not miss opportunities in dance because of money and then I see her turn around picking up extra classes or selling her designs to get money for my opportunities. I auditioned for the dance intensive at Hofstra University and was super excited that I made it. Unfortunately, I knew I would here how expensive it is and it would be on top of all my dance fees, competition fees, costume fees, national fees, etc. I don't want to burden my mom so this is why I am trying to raise the money myself.

I really want raise money because I really want to go to this dance intensive. I need to go to this dance intensive so I can continue doing what I love.
