Life changing brain surgery needed

Hello my name is Jessica, I have had a severe headache 24 hours a day since January 13th 2016 and after several ER visits which included spinal taps and MRI's and a CT scan I was diagnosed with IIH, which means I  have to much spinal fluid that is putting pressure on my brain.  This is causing visual loss, cognitive decline, light and sound sensitivity, muscle weakness, dizzyness among a long list of other issues that prevent me from driving or to participate in family activities inside and outside of the home and living a productive life. I have been and still am on very powerful medications to try to help with the increased pressure on my brain caused by the increased levels of spinal fluid, but none of them seem to be helping much but so far my only options other then surgery. My 3rd MRI now shows that I have a 16mm pineal cyst which is most likely causing my issues (16mm is approx size of a dime). A pineal cyst is formed on the pineal gland which is in the center of your brain and requires a highly trained neurosurgeon to remove. There aren't any specialists in our area so we need to travel to Houston, Texas to have this surgery done. I lost my job in May and we have burned through all of our minimal emergency savings supporting three kids and a house. We are now in desperate need of help to get my surgery done. The money we get donated to us will be used for travel, hotel expenses (2-3 weeks), insurance deductible, payment towards Dr.  (above and beyond what insurance agrees to pay, my Dr. is out of network so ins. coverage is limited), and to keep three kids home and fed while we are away for three weeks in Texas. We are looking at getting the surgery done early to mid february. If you dont feel comfortable donating money online please contact us and we will provide a mailing address for you to send your donation to.
