Life Changing Accident - Ciera needs help!
Donation protected
As some of you may already know this past memorial weekend Ciera suffered a traumatic and life-changing injury. She was out in Barstow with her best friend and her family something they have done for years enjoying the desert and riding ATV's. The unthinkable happened as she was involved in an accident, they hit a rock while riding a side by side UTV rolled 5 times and Ciera's left hand was crushed by the ATV. She was air lifted to Loma Linda trauma center where they tried their best to save as much of her hand as possible. After hours of surgery. they had to amputate 2 ½ fingers from her hand that could not be saved due to the extreme damage. She has a long road to recovery, rehabilitation, and at 16 is still grappling with the realization of what she has and will have to still go through. The funds raised will go directly to help with the cost of travel expenses to specialist, medical expenses, possible prosthetics, and bills since the only income is coming from mom who will need to take time off to care for Ciera and get her to the many appointments she will have. We also want to thank everyone for the outpouring of support, love, and prayers we have been given It means a lot to Ciera and her family.
