Life After Tragedy: Let's Help Restore A Life

Hello All,

I am raising funds for a dear friend of mine who just needs a bit of help to restart.

To guard her dignity and her heart, let's call her Daisy Gerber.

Because she really carries SUCH a Gerber Daisy Soul. She's vibrant, fun, humble, honest, and just a ray of hope that better days are ahead.

She is one of those unique people who becomes even more vibrant the more it rains.

Daisy needs help.

Over the last 4 years, she has incurred the injury of an unfaithful husband, the heartache of fighting for a marriage alone, a heartbreaking divorce, becoming the caregiver to her mother, the forfeiture of a wonderful job in order to be the caregiver to her mother, the expense of every dime of savings in order to care for her mother, the death and burial of her mother, and now... she just needs help.

It has been a harrowing 4+ years. They have been years of deep-seated betrayal, costly obedience to the Lord, intense surrender, overwhelming need, etc., and she has weathered it all with so much grace.

She is a single mother to 2 beautiful children. Her eldest is now out of the house and her youngest is in high school.

Daisy radically loves the Lord, and I am just so deeply moved by Christ to expand the pool of possibility for aid by sharing her story.

She has applied for jobs but just has not had a door open yet.

She is currently door-dashing to pay for food and seeking the Lord for answers.

You know how it is...

Sometimes, things happen to us that are just beyond our control... and then ... we need help.

In the family of God, we get the honor of covering each other when this happens and giving in a way that restores any story.

Will you help sweet Daisy recover from tragedy?

Whether you give $5 or $500, every penny helps her to keep a roof over her and her son's head, groceries in the pantry, gas in the tank, lights on in the house, etc., while she resets and discovers what her next steps are.

Let's come together to destroy the works of the enemy set against our sister in Christ by generously gifting sweet "Daisy" the financial resources she needs.

$5,000 is our initial goal.

That would buy her about 1 month to put a plan in motion.

$10,000 is my real hope. It would buy her about 2 months and some added resources to bring change to her situation.
