Hurricane Dorian was a massive destructive event that we are struggling every day to accept. In the immediate aftermath it was about saving lives, evacuating and providing food and shelter. It's going to be a long road for those involved. I thought I Go fund Me Page would be best to collect funds and used as different needs arise.
We have been using our airplane since the 3rd day after the hurricane to evacuate people and bring supplies in. Now it is all about transporting volunteers back and forth and supplies. All funds are going directly to myself and Peter to pay for fuel on the plane and any landing or customs fees. We've done over 150+ flights to Abacos and Freeport. We love all of the great people we have met volunteering and also the great resilient people of the Abacos and Grand Bahamas. The affected Islands will be back stronger and better than ever with everyones help.
