Lieu of Flowers for Mitchell Hunt

On April 1st, 2018, Mitchell Hunt was diagnosed with PCNS Lymphoma of the Brain. Due to the placement of the tumors, surgery was not an option. After trying multiple different kinds of chemo, they finally found  one that worked and shrunk the tumors almost completely. In June he was able to leave the hospital and live in an in-patient rehab to gain his strength back. One month after living here and only finishing 1 treatment of radiation, he suddenly became very sick. He was then sent to the ER; who found new tumors from the MRI. These new tumors had grown on his brain stem covering the part that controls his lungs and heart. We were informed the devastating news that these new tumors were growing so rapidly, and there were no other options we could do to stop them.  Hospice was quickly involved and they originally told us he had 5 days or less to live..... HE SURVIVED 12!!!! It has been a very long and tough 5 months for our family.

In lieu of flowers, Mitchell would want his children and grandchild to be taken care of.
