Hi my name is Benne and I'm fund-raising on behalf of my partner Dan whose dad Lidio passed away recently after a short illness. Dan has been a full-time carer for his parents for the last two years and has no savings left to draw on to meet the cost of a basic funeral for Lidio. I cannot help as I have been out of paid work for the last 9 months. Other family members have contributed as much as they can, but there is still a $3000 shortfall.

Can you help with a small contribution so that we can give Lidio a dignified and appropriate send off? It would be so lovely if you can help - Dan will appreciate it very much. Anything over the amount required for the funeral will go into an account to help care for Dan's mum, now in a care facility due to her increasing care needs.
