Liberia Mission Trip 2024

My name is Zach Carter and I am raising money to help fund my upcoming missions trip to Liberia, Africa in December, 2024 to January, 2025. I am currently in my junior year of high school and am active in Effort Baptist Church, our youth group, and the community. While I've experienced mission trips in the US, this would be my very first international mission trip. I will be traveling with approximately a dozen other church members from the local area, most being from Effort Baptist Church in Palmyra. While on the trip, our main partnership will be coincidentally with Effort Baptist Church Liberia.

Since recently overcoming some personal issues and being re-baptized this past April, this trip would be an amazing opportunity to further my spiritual growth. In addition, it would allow me to act as the hands and feet of the Lord serving others, helping spread His word and showing His grace and glory. The main purposes of the trip include, not only spiritual efforts, but also medical services and educational support for the local school and children.

I have already paid for about half of the my trip cost and any funds donated will be used to complete the needed trip payment as well as purchasing personal necessities for trip. I would greatly appreciate any support, financial or spiritual. Any amount of support gets me closer to full payment and the opportunity of serving the people of Liberia. I appreciate any assistance offered.
