Hi everyone, I am sorry to reach out again for help but I am, for the first time in quite a while, in an emergency situation. Our utilities are in "shut-off" status (though they have not been shut off yet). The full balance is $1,220, but TEP has agreed to stop shut off for $556. Although the kids are no longer kids, mom came to live here with me a few years ago so it is not me alone. If it was, I would light a lot of candles until I could take care of it myself. We have done fine but a move in September got things off track. I am trying for help from assistance agencies but nothing has come through yet. I don't want to babble, just to say I would appreciate anything anyone could do. Thank you so much for listening.
