Libby's Life Saving Surgery

Hi family and friends! My dog Libby has recently had a bowl obstruction that could turn life threatening and it has been recommended to us to have immediate surgery. This is very expensive and currently we don't have the funds to pay for it out of pocket. Any help would be appreciated, we are desperate to save her and return her to healthy condition.
