Hello, We are the Field/Giesbrecht Family. Our 9-year-old son Liam was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia earlier this month at the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta.

Liam's treatment will consist of intensive chemotherapy both in the hospital and at the Oncology Clinic. Treatment time for his type of Leukemia is 2-2.5 years long. Our family has decided Larry will be taking off this year from work to help focus on Liam's treatment by staying with him in the hospital and driving to and from appointments.

As you know we have a large family of 6 and we are now relying on Genelle's (me) solo income.

We are hoping to fundraise money to pay for groceries, gas, car repairs, household bills, and the unexpected costs associated with pediatric cancer and treatment.
