My name is Liam, I am 11 years old and I have Type 1 Diabetes.  I am raising money for a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and an Insulin Pump.  I really need these medical items because I just want to live like a normal kid again!  We have managed my diabetes very well over the last three years through nutrition but as the disease has progressed I have become more dependent on insulin.  It's very stressful on me to have to poke my fingers many times per day and to inject myself with insulin at every meal.  The CGM and Pump will tell me my blood sugar and the pump will deliver my insulin without me having to be poked with needles all of the time!  I've learned that being on an insulin pump will keep my blood sugar more normal and hopefully prevent me from getting really sick when I am older. These medical items are very expensive and insurance only covers so much.  If anyone could help fund these supplies I would be VERY grateful!!! <3 Thank You
