Liam Olson, of Riverside, is a very special 11 year old boy diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Miller-Deiker syndrome. One of the major difficulties of this syndrome is low muscle tone, due to this Liam is ventilator dependent and requires specialized equipment to get around.

The Liam the Lion Fund was created to help his parents provide all that he needs for a happy and full life. Traveling and getting to doctor’s appointments has been the biggest struggle for his family.

Though any donations will be used for Liam's medical expenses and equipment needs, the primary goal of the Liam the Lion fund is to raise enough money so that the Olsons  may purchase a customized van that will make it possible for Liam and his family to travel safely and easily.
