Liam is headed to Nashville!

Hey All,

My name is Liam, and I am a Christian worship leader and composer based in Sydney. I am heading to The Belonging Co (TBC), a church in Nashville, Tennessee. I feel led by the Lord to become discipled there, form partnerships with other worshippers and, above all, grow in intimacy with Him while I'm there for eight months.

I know that music is one of the most significant gifts that God has given me to glorify Him and make His name known, and it is my privilege to follow His lead wherever He takes me. I firmly believe He is calling me to steward my gifting in Nashville and that the connections I'm forming there will catalyse my worship ministry and my pastorate.

I have decided to book this trip in faith, believing that God has put this desire in my heart and will supply all my needs according to the glorious riches in Christ Jesus. While in Nashville, I will continue my studies for a Bachelor of Theology online.

So far, I have paid a deposit for my accommodation and have purchased my travel visa. I have already received generous funding from close friends and loved ones. I am collecting my B1/B2 travel visa on July 24, valid for business and tourism purposes.

I want to raise $5,000 by August 15, which will be a helpful kickstart to help cover my first few months' rent, travel and food expenses. I have no doubt that I'll be able to acquire a job to support myself while I'm in Nashville.
